Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes, the minimum order is 6 cases.

What is the shelf life of Nebula?

The shelf life is 12 months.

Are your products natural?

Yes, our drinks are made with natural ingredients and specialty coffee. They contain no artificial flavours or preservatives.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Yes, we only offer free shipping for orders under 30. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the UK. However, we are working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations in the near future.

Does Nebula need to be refrigerated?

Nebula is best stored and sold refrigerated. We advise refrigerating your Nebula cans as soon as it arrives. However, it can withstand a few days outside the fridge, such as during shipping, without compromising the quality. For optimal taste, we recommend refrigerating Nebula for a minimum of 12-24 hours. Please refrain from exposing Nebula to heat to preserve its taste and freshness.
